who has migraine

I get lots of headaches but I am lucky, I don't get migraines. But I know people who do. They have to go to a room where there is as little light and noise as possible. I knew someone who tried an herb called feverfew or something like that. Ever hear of it?

If you suffer from severe migraines you should try to see a doctor because there is no reason you have to be in pain. I get migraines sometimes and I take medicine and it usually gets better. My mother gets frequent migraines and she takes medicine and rests. Watch out for signs you might be getting a migraine. Sensitivity to light, things seem to loud. BUT SEE A DOCTOR!
