Can You Trust your boss?

I guess mine would...I don't know that I would tell her anything that I didn't want repeated!

Well friend its difficult and almost impossible to have a good boss, If our boss refuses to keep her word and you are not very happy then you have one way out start hunting for a new job before you leave this one hoping to have a good boss. Who knows that boss could be better or may turn out to be even worse, but if things are bad then search for a new job. Hope this helps, Regards,

yes becourse he a nice man

My boss is great. He always does what he says he will, we just have to remind him a lot ;) but he isn't they type to flake out. He's scanned photos for me, gotten me a really big raise when my husband got hit by a car and we had no money, downloaded songs for me, gave me a new transformer for my furnace when it went out (out of the company's stock)...He's a really great guy that will help you out if you're willing to work hard for the company.
