Opinions needed

We are getting ready to add a tablet to our phone service so that we have one that doesn't rely on WiFi or hot spot when we are on the go and I can use it to keep track of stuff for our business.
The tablets thaT we currently have in the house are a Samsung Tab 4, a Kindle Fire 7 and a Kindle free time .
I would prefer Samsung because that's what our phones are and I like that operating system, but I am open to suggestions .
So people tell me what you use , what the best features are . Etc

I need one to be able to keep track of work stuff and mylot and stuff while were going jobsite to jobsite.
