The Ball and Chain Yammering Netty Nag Trouble and strife The Missus Chris Browned Ol' Lady Bobbit Shotgun Wedding..... should I go on? I am not writing this to cause any issues or whatnot but awareness. I was working the other day and overheard some men whom were married or just living with their lover. I couldn't help but to eavesdrop on the content of their conversation about their "women." It literally made me shake my head and not because I thought they were being mean or disrespectful but I was embarrassed by the woman in each of their lives. I overheard one talking about how his new bride was already telling him that he CAN'T go golfing or assumes who he is with. Maybe she had a reason but if that is the case, their relationship needs to be evaluated. But, not my call. I really wanted to go over to those guys at work and apologize for their women. Ladies, they talk about us to each other and it's not always good. Another story from a guy who is married and his wife won't let him ....wait what? She won't let him watch certain shows or movies. Okay....so she is parenting him I guess. .....? My point is, ladies and gentlemen, we are not here to tell our husbands, boyfriend's, or whatever what to do. I hate to tell you this but it's their lives too. I know shocking right? Who are we as women to tell another adult what to do? Especially someone we are supposed to love forever.... It just baffles me. This shouldn't make you lose respect or the Alpha status but please stop telling them literally what they can't do. Perhaps Negotiate , Communicate and learn from each other. It doesn't seem difficult but it can be and is. But if there's enough Love, you should be Golden. Enough of the Nagging, the second hand parenting and the bull. Now Men.... don't take advantage of your women. Don't let that "leash" go to far. Marriage or whatever is a learning experience and it's hard as hell. Equal....Equality is key.
