For those single I hope you find your special someone. To the married I want to say my husband and I met at church over 50 years ago we knew each other for 2 years before we got married. We have never been married to anyone else. We got married April 20th 1970 and this year is our 50th Golden Anniversary.
We hope to go out and have a nice dinner if able on our anniversary actual day. But later in July we plan to celebrate with family and friends our 50th Year of being married. With dinner, dancing and more. We are having a double event as our daughter and her husband are celebrating their 25th anniversary May 20th this year. So we are combining the two events into one this summer.

Single does not equal alone or not in relationships.
I am in a relationship, have been for almost 10 years, but I don't ever want to be married. Neither does he. We're good where we're at.
That's exciting for you all. Happy almost anniversaries.

I hope you have a nice celebration. 50 years is a long time to be married.
I have been with my husband for 28 years and married for 20 years.
My youngest two children are in their 20's and living with someone. They do not want to get married or have any children.. They are happy and that is all that matters.

Some of the married couple in my country would normally renew their vows in tiger 50th wedding anniversary. A wedding ceremony is being held again for them.
Advance happy 50th anniversary. I'm glad your marriage lasted that long and wishing you many more years of good marriage to come.
