Trump needs to put money on the debit cards of people now and let them order online and be given 32 hours to buy what they need for three days!! They could shelter in place and only a third of people in New York would be out and working as essential workers. This stops the density for a while.

@db20747 Or may be do something that might not have been done before. Provide a monthly quota of basics like Flour, Meat, Rice, Pulses, Salt, Sugar etc to each household in multiples like 1 Kg, 2 Kg etc.

@snowy22315 Even medical personnel wearing mask are sometimes getting this virus. Around 10 medical staff - doctors plus nurses have been found positive and told to self-quarantine in a hospital in Delhi. And this figure was much higher in China and now in Italy.

There are cloth mask and they can wear a scarf! Efforts need to be beefed up. They need a shelter in place order.
