Wasting Time.

I'm a high functioning person. If I sit still for too long I feel like I'm wasting valuable time todo stuff. Relaxing is not something that comes naturally, to me. It stresses me out to try to take a bubble bath. I will set the stereo, made the bath, climbed, laid back, and closed my eyes, then worried, "how long I'd have to lay here to not be stress?" Ten minutes Fifteen? Dang, I still have to shave my legs. Or that hairs not going to wash it'self. So this is among the "relaxing" practices, I decided to stop participating in.
It's hard for me to fall asleep but when I do I sleep like the dead. And God helps whoever has to wake me up because I aggravated waker. I started having to keep O.J. on the nightstand. One drink of it, brings my sugar up and helps my mood.
Were a stay at home request from our county for officially five days. I've painted and rearranged my bedroom, Cleaned out Short Stacks toy box, and straightened my hubby's ratchet, sockets, and wrenches.
I'm wondering if the doc needs to hook me up with some xanax? I don't feel any more anxious than normal. But if I keep this up I'll wear myself down and be stuck in bed for three days unable to walk on my feet.
