2020 Health Journey Days 87 & 88

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I just wanted to check in about how my health journey is going.
Well, if you have not guessed - I have not been doing great with my diet. My weight has not gone up too much (yet). It's been staying around 181.
I have just been wanting carbs the past few days so I gave in to them. I know that I always feel awful after eating them though, so I don't know why I go back to them.
Tomorrow I think I should make a new plan for the upcoming week, and make some foods to eat throughout the week. I plan to go get some groceries tomorrow. If I can find another dozen of eggs, I may get an egg dye kit and Eli and I can dye some eggs...just for fun. I guess we could just use food dye actually. We love deviled eggs....so can prep them after we have fun dyeing some eggs.
What did I eat the past few days?
Well on Friday we ordered some pizza....and I had two slices for my first meal (plus a little bit of pasta - we ordered wings originally...but they called and said their fryer was down so we got pasta instead). Then the second meal I had two more slices. And that was about it.
Then on Saturday....for my first meal I had a peanut butter & sugar free jam sandwich. Then for my second meal I had half a roast beef sandwich and some fries. Later on I had a little bit of chocolate.
I have been only eating two meals....and not eating extremely over my calories I don't think. Probably why I am still staying around 181.
Not sure if I will stick to the diet fully on Sunday (today) or what.
How have you all been doing foodwise? Eating on your plan, or having a hard time with the current situation?

It shouldn't be though, since we can still get to the store to buy the foods we need, for the most part. Well...at least where I live still.

I haven't been doing great with it, but not extremely horrible either.

@kobesbuddy During this crisis, not so much....on days when I feel depressed I say I just don't care. Today I didn't even eat till 8 PM! And it was all carbs.

I'll weigh in tomorrow to see what I lost in March, and see if I am still down from January (I should be) but I have really been going down and then up, and then down again with the same 5 pounds or so. Thank you though!
