There's a lot of hype about the Keto diet plan but it's worthwhile reading articles like this before you decide anything.

I found a local FB group about people on Keto diet and I stayed there for a while. But I never got to try it myself. The members there share specifically what is acceptable and what is not in a keto diet, and from what I have seen many are achieving their weight loss goals. I mean the strict keto diet seems to be for the really obese people who want to lose weight fast and at the same time do not have to deprive themselves of some foods unlike in a normal weight loss diet.

@Meriel6615 That's right, I see people post photo of themselves before and after. If I have lot of time and enough money I may try it too cos I am a little fat now, out of shape.
As all new things this should be done consistently . I just dont know what happens to people who decide to get out of keto or how to get out of it.

My sister has lost over three hundred pounds she was not on a diet she just changed her eating and exercised more. she lives on fruits and veggies and limited meats.

In my opinion for doing dieting we don't increase our weight. Just eat small small amount at four to five times a day and also do regular exercises it is enough I think so.
