@marguicha If she was a medical doctor she should know better then to go out and spread it to others and get them infected.I think she needs to be punished. I do not get why people are not taking this seriously. People are getting very sick and those that are dying.

Sixty doctors who were on a ship at a conference (we would call that a junket) dodged authorities when the ship docked and went back to their practices. They think they are virus-free but they have no way of knowing that. Talk about arrogance!

She is not the only case. We have a senator here infected with the virus but exposed himself to many people by going to supermarket and to the hospital to accompany her pregnant wife who will give birth.

I agree with you because one person irresponsible behaviour lot of people need to be suffer. I am also red like those persons in my local channels also. Government must take action against those people.

Doctors and nurses are paying a heavy tribute actually, while we are sitting on a couch. I would give her the benefit of the doubt.

Here, a Senator who was tagged as PUI went to work and accompanied his wife to give birth in a known hospital. Last week his test result came out positive. Thus he has exposed his staff and colleagues and a lot of medical staff in that hospital to the virus. And all he did was apologize.

It must be admitted that there's still a huge difference in how you think about COVID-19, thought most people are alert enough to the infectivity of the virus, like you. I believe she didnt mean to spread the virus,because foremost among these victims of her conduct are the relatives with her as you described. I think what shock you may be the striking contrast between her backgrounds(M. D.)and her attitude toward the disease. But if we change a angle to think,sometimes specialized knowledge or skills lead to overconfidence and misjudgement. Just as a Chinese proverb said, the one who drowns is the one who is good at swimming(?????????). One of my doubts is that what kind of “total quarantine” permits an infected person to roam around. Finally I want to say I completely agree with @TheSojourner. Stupidity does not skip certain generations, vocations, economic or class structures.
