How Do You Make Your House Smell Fresh Always?

I am a 28 year old guy that knows nothing about this. lol. Yes I always clean my house and mop and all that stuff, but I feel like I cant keep that nice fresh clean scent except when I deep clean. I have noticed when I go to other peoples houses it smells great and gives that nice comfy feeling. I've been told put furnace filter fresheners and it will give off that nice scent. Maybe there is something I am not buying. I have bought some incense sticks, which I love those, but nothing that sticks scent wise. Is there something all of you do or maybe some tips I can try out?

I think as clean and fresh as your house is, you just get used to the scent. Perhaps if I come over, my nose will prove it. lol When I have guests, I use wax melters, matching scented candles, and matching room spray. Otherwise, I prefer fresh air.

Yeah I am sure if you did come over maybe it would smell different.lol. I also thought that maybe got use to the smell of my house and now it don't smell as fresh.

@jimmy423 When my cleaning lady cleans my house up north, it always smells so good and fresh, but I get used to it and don’t notice after a while. Oh, well.

@DianneN Yeah that is what it seems like when your in a certain spot for a while because I have friends come over and they all say my house smells good. lol. I clean once a week but I deep clean when I do clean.

I always have room freshmans around as well as spraying some. I like a light smell and nothing over powering
