A Wisconsin birthday girl has an alternate way to celebrate

I am sure that a six year old Germantown Wisconsin girl named Evelyn was deeply disappointed that her plans to celebrate her birthday at a local bowling alley went out the window to the city being on lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However Evelyn's mother decided to keep her daughter happy by using Facebook to contact her friends and close relatives to drive her their home and wish her a happy birthday.
The backup plan worked since most of Evelyn's friends and relatives came by her home to wish her a happy birthday.
It is nice to see parents doing what they can to make their children happy on their birthdays during this pandemic.
I am sure that when Evelyn turns seven years of age, she can celebrate her birthday at a local bowling alley since we all have to think of the long run in life.

That was so nice of her mother to do that for her and find a way to make her birthday not a bad one. I hope that she will be able to celebrate her next birthday at the bowling alley.

@just4him By working together, the powers of evil will learn that we are going to satisfy them by fighting each other.

I have been happy that Claudia id making a vegetable garden with her children. Even though it is a lot more work, the children do not get bored.

It is true since a child will be thankful to see friends come by and wish them a happy birthday to make them feel welcome.

I agree with you since Evelyn just had to deal with a detour on her birthday this year.

That is one good way to be a good parent as well as keeping a child happy.

It is a relief that many parents know how to look for alternatives so that their children do not get depressed in this pandemic, I say that it is the important thing and that together with this mentality to know that all this is temporary, it is better a birthday at home than any other, life is Short, keep that in mind, greetings.

I agree with you since tomorrow is not promised to everyone.
