Today I received a sad news that my sister in NY is having symptoms of the virus. She has been a nurse in one of the hospitals there and for now she is scheduled to be checked for the virus tomorrow in the hospital she is working. That is why I appeal to everyone out there to stay at home since our medical frontliners are the ones who are getting stressed out and getting infected already. They need us to stay home to avoid getting infected and become victims of these virus.

Pardon me for this comment. For a frontliner to experience symptoms, the probability to be positive is high. Of course, I can be wrong.

That’s true she is assigned to an ER in there so they are the first one to really be exposed to the virus. But still hoping that she has not gotten it and its just stressed from work. I am just relying on the hospital that she will be given the medical attention she will need there if she happens to be positive.

@Alexandoy yes so far they have A separate testing area for employees. They are given a much faster processing 24 hours. But after 24 hours it still is not released yet. They must have been double checking the results before they release to them.

@rsa101 she should be given priority in terms of medical care.

Is it already confirmed? We will include her in our prayers.

@Nakitakona the suspense is nerve wracking since they have not released the results yet after 24 hours.

I am so sorry to hear that. I hope your sister will be fine. I agree with you. Actually I have stayed at home more than two months. I will just go out to buy some groceries about once a week and occasionally go to the office. I want to be responsible for myself and others.
