Found a Denzel Washington movie last night to watch. It came out in 2017 and somehow I missed it. He is a great actor.
Roman J. Israel, Esquire is a defense attorney, finds himself in a series of events that lead to a crisis and the necessity for extreme action.
Denzel plays the part very well of a savant character and a defense attorney with an intelligent mind.
Colin Farrell also played a good part in the movie. He is another favorite. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
It is one of those movies you have to pay attention to while watching. You don't know what will happen next. Very good.

I don't think I've seen this one; but I do like court trials and lawyer movies. Thanks for the recommendation.

This sounds like a very good movie to watch. Yes, Denzel Washington is a wonderful actor!
