After 2 Weeks of Lockdown

So we have been locked down for 2 weeks now. I have started teaching my voice lessons on Zoom, although that is a little slow in getting started. I am also writing a bunch. Right now, I am writing blog posts for others. But NaPoWrMo starts up on April 1 and in my poet's circle, we will be writing a poem a day. I am hoping that keeps me sane, or as sane as I can be for now.
We are looking at another month of lockdown--at least--
Hang in there everyone!

Yeah, Trump extended it to April 30. I was hoping to get out to a restaurant; but that's not happening. Stay sane, safe and healthy!

Are deliveries also shut? Maybe you can order online from your favourite restaurant and get it delivered at your door.
I did it once few days back and the delivery person does not handover the package to our hand. They leave next to the door, stay few metres away and wait till we come and make sure we collect it.
Good way of avoiding contact :)

You too @LindaOhio --I suspect even a pizza will be welcome at the end of all this--

Zoom works better for music lessons than the other platforms I have looked at--it also helps to stay connected with the extended family. We get everyone together in a meeting and catch up--

Not an end in sight yet--but we are healthy and happy and walk our dog every day which helps--I didn't do NapoWriMo last year because I was too busy teaching--now that teaching has dropped off, NaPo seemed like a good idea--and I tend to get a lot of drafts done--then I workshop them and I usually get a few pieces that are good enough to send out for publication--

@divalounger That's great you do. I hope you have lots of success with them.
That's great you get out every day to walk the dog.

You seem to have a loads of tasks to do. Moreover, writing a poem a day might be quite a lot. But maybe not "that" much for someone who is passionate about it or can easily play with words.
Zoom is the best platform to engage with families or teach/attend lectures online. My professors shifted to Zoom and Blackboard Collaboration. I liked Zoom better.

Yes.
Now I have been asked by my professor to be available via 'bluejeans'. I have never heard of it. Will have to try setting up and venturing the functions.
