Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. I have no idea what the temperature is because I don't plan to go outside.
I've spent the morning interacting with my students and grading their work. Some of them will continue to send me things throughout the day so I'll go back into my email and the online gradebook later this afternoon.
I'm done with work for now and am watching my man Andrew Cuomo give his daily briefing on the COVID-19 situation. He is so well-spoken and inspiring compared to Trump. I have to change the channel when Trump is speaking.
No big plans for the day (of course). I might flip through some of the cookbooks that I rarely use to see if I can find some new recipes to try in the future. I also think I'm going to start some bread dough to bake up a loaf tomorrow. I have a great recipe that bakes it in a cast iron Dutch oven. Sooooo good and crispy.

Cuomo is an inspiration in these trying times. I'm just MyLotting and watching CNN. Fresh bread sounds good.

Wow! You're a very hardworking person. Good to you that you had a productive day. My plan now is to be active here for a while. And then I would play an online Boggle game where I usually play. I have gained some friends there. And I'm excited to have some word battles with them later.
