how to make money?

Well, talkin´ about mylot.. in my opinion it is not "the one". Too much work for to less. Much better to have a real good job. This is only for fun, but it is not so funny. The best way to do something in this game could be to have other friends to work for you, to have as many refferals as posiible, active ones. This is it. Any comment? Thank you for your answers to my questions. I will try to do my best regarfing yours.
