Happy Wednesday & Daily Health Report - March 31

I had another early start today. 3 AM. Instead of getting on the computer, I watched a movie. I'm trying to puzzle out a problem in Vendetta. I worked on it for a few minutes and I'm going to go back to it. First, I want to give you yesterday's numbers. I didn't weigh myself this morning. I didn't think about it before I had breakfast. So, the last number I have for March is 197.6. I had gained 4 ounces yesterday. Here is what I ate yesterday and the numbers. Breakfast - 1 Banana, 2 Eggs, 1 Slice Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 400 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 49 Protein: 21.1 Sodium: 341 Fat: 12.3 Snack - 3 Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies Calories: 302.1 Sugar: .6 Carbs: 1.5 Protein: .9 Sodium: 17.25 Fat: 24.78 Lunch - Pot Roast Calories: 387 Sugar: 8.35 Carbs: 41 Protein: 25.6 Sodium: 357 Fat: 13 Supper - Tuna Salad - 2 Packages Tuna, 4 Eggs, Half an Onion, 1 Roma Tomato, 4 Celery Stalks, 6 Servings Avocado Oil Mayo - Divided into 8 servings. Calories: 93.21 Sugar: .84 Carbs: 2.4 Protein: 5.29 Sodium: 149.13 Fat: 6.14 Total Stats: Calories: 1182.31 Sugar: 22.79 Carbs: 93.9 Protein: 52.89 Sodium: 864.38 Fat: 56.22 Calories burned: Bicep Curls - 1 Hour - 427 Steps - 7697/2.91 - 456 Total calories burned - 883 Total calories - 299.31 That was my day yesterday. My goal is 118. I can get down to 115. Above 118 is obese and below 115 is underweight.

I do yoga and pranayam ( Breathing exercise) regularly. It is a must I think during this time of lockdown.

I was supposed to exercise today, but I'm going to do it tomorrow. I have been playing with Lily though. I throw her toys and she catches them. She had been playing on her own too so she has gotten in her exercise.
