For those of us who are hungry for news regarding statistics on the New Corona Virus, I think I had found a good site that updates on real time. It gives a tally of countries from most affected to the least, number of deaths, recovered, new cases etc...etc..you could see your country compared to the rest of the world. Since its updated daily, you could monitor if your country is healing or if it's getting worst, so many other useful data and statistics, " knowledge is power "

I hate to be macabre and my heart bleeds for those who are suffering but it's beginning to look like a sports medal tally board in a very bad and nasty way, it's a score board that obviously nobody wants to be leading.

Welcome, I really felt I must share it because number of cases per country which a lot of people look at is only half the truth, a country might have a high case but if there are no new infections then it's a good sign, so much helpful data to see world picture as a whole.

@msdivkar what I also do is compare our local site with this for the purpose of comparison and accuracy. Local sites are good for a particular country only and in others where English is not spoken

Thanks for sharing the site. Pretty scary when you look at the severity of the situation around the world. This list doesn't even factor in those that are sick and haven't been tested, or those countries that are lying about their total numbers. But it does give a very real look at how this virus is affecting all of us around the world!

Like what one lotter said it's a " guesstimate " but I think it's a pretty reliable gauge more or less to view individual countries as well as the world picture.

@moffittjc it's being under reported because some politicians want to protect their political careers, a sharp .rise in number would be viewed as a reflection of their incompetence
Expect a sharp rise ( or it already did) in the Philippines since thousands of test kits had arrived , more kits more would be uncovered which is good since carriers would be detected and isolated, no need to hide numbers, we gotta face it to fight it.

@louievill We all know that the numbers throughout the world are being underreported, but yes this list does give a picture of what we are up against all throughout the world.

If it were an election count it is still partial/ unofficial results, it will keep going up till we destroy the virus. My never ending curiosity on everything found it

I tried checking several times figures coming out from our Department of Health (DOH) and it always matched figures on the site. Again if people think that they have a better site that they think they trust more then they are free to do as they wish, this is just my suggestion as a good alternative.

Welcome, here we can see the true picture of your country, China is one of those on top but if you look at the number of new cases and deaths you will see that there's a lot of improvement

Never in my post did I say it's better than others People might have preferences or perhaps in their own language but incase they still do not have one then I think they could start with this. for one it is real time, I had checked and most of the time updated on a regular basis, there are more figures and data that is useful.
Do you have a similar or better site you know? Perhaps you could share it too, if it's better then I would use it instead of this

This was basically the website i checked lately and when you look at the features and navigations it is so easy.
I also like it because they really project the real time updates regarding to this pandemic.
