I ended up taking a nap and really thinking about laying back down again. I started to get a headache and laid down for about an hour but the headache is still here. I took Excedrin Migraine before laying down and took another now. I am going to give it 30 minutes and see if it starts working if not I might have to lay down again.
I don't want it to turn into a Migraine so trying to fight it off before hand.
So I was just reading that the CDC is now saying that we should be wearing masks. I guess that is why the US is leading in the virus cases. First they tell us not to wear them and now they tell us to wear them. Make up my mind over there. Are you just guessing on everything now?

I should say that covid-19 is being ignored. That's why it has affected do many the United States.

@Bensen32 I have read somewhere that it's the government itself that gives the people to do business as usual for they won't be affected.

It's scary not knowing what we should do and then they mess up like that, ugh

I think we lead because we are among the top 5 most populous countries in the world and doing more testing than anyone else. Here's the question nobody asks: this began in China and God knows, that government could care less about human life. Should not China the epicenter be the world leader? Are they hiding the true stats? If this isn't a crisis in China now, then what is their secret? Do they have a vaccine being kept under wraps? No country is as densely packed as China and this started last year. Why didn't the virus tear through them?

I hope it doesn't turn into a migraine, those are the worst.
Masks are important to prevent the spread, it won't exactly "prevent" you from getting the sickness, but I think it is a good idea to wear one anyone if you are concerned and it could help stop the spread, but it isn't a 100% prevention. They are still learning more and more about this virus, so I can't really blame them having one expert say something and another says something entirely different. It is scary, but we are all learning about this together even the experts.

@Bensen32 That's good! When I get migraines they are terrible, one time I had one that almost made me blind, I couldn't see a thing.

@DesirousDreamer Yes, I get some that are really bad, I have had a few that went past the vomiting stage and had what I call the gray vision where it is almost like you are in a dense fog or the swirl affect, where it is like everything is flying around you. It's not good at all.

Here in PH, it's advisable to wear a surgical or N95 mask.
