With their claws and wings a’furled, I oft can hear their cries. Gods and ghosts n’spirits too, Around me in the world. Motley bunch they accrue As round life they do curl. Ask them why they are here A story they may tell, or perhaps disappear, only here for a spell. Hidden things walk the world, away from seeing eyes.
