Taking a break

The photo was taken on Friday, me taking a break after being in the "Red Zone" for 2 hours. We are only allowed to work for 2 hours before we need to come out of the "Red Zone" to take a break. Wearing all the PPE makes hot and you can't take a drink while in the "Red Zone" because you are wearing a mask.
Seeing what Coronavirus does to people it's not nice, so please stay save, stay indoors, at home, only go out if you need to. Stay away from others and isolate yourself to be safe.
We hope that isolating works. Here in the UK, we won't know for maybe another week and hopefully, we should see the number of new cases falling. Here in Plymouth, we've not had the number of cases as elsewhere are the country and hopefully, it stays that way.
Stay save and healthy.

I haven't seen you post on the other site for quite some time, Kevin. I hope you are doing ok. I never thought you are on the frontline of this battle...
Stay safe.

You look exhausted and yeah, dehydrated. Take care of yourself!

I worked Asbestos abatement before and the hazmat suits get really got and sticky really fast. We usually stripped down to a pair of gym shorts underneath (yes some went all the way down to their underwear). We had to be clean-shaven to wear the mask. If we had to go to the bathroom we usually used a bag and took it out of the enclosure with us at the end of the day. I still have the mask but I prefer to have a beard rendering it pointless. I still know how to build a negative pressure worksite with airlocks for going in and out but I hope we don't get to the point of having to do that. Hope this turns the corner and starts improving. Stay safe.

I am doing my best to stay safe by staying inside the home and washing my hands for the period of 20 seconds to avoid getting sick or getting someone getting sick.

I can see it would be hard to drink if wearing a mask. I have heard what it does to people and I do not want it at all. That is what I do only go out when have to. I stay away from others but they do not know how to keep their distance so I am dodging and they do not understand why I want to be safe. You also stay safe.

I am glad that they are paying attention and giving you breaks. I have seriously reduced my exposure to others. You stay safe as well.
