Today is my first day!!

Today I will start doing some exercises,and I’m going to walk for an hour! I think it will help me to sleep better ,and I will feel better. Long time I don’t do it..but now when i see many people posting about that,I got some energy to start! And I hope I don’t fed up fast! And I’m going to start drink 2l of water per a day... usually I take just 2 glasses,and that’s not healthy!how many litars you drinking ??

I never look at how much water I should drink or am drinking but drink when I feel thirsty

Welcome here! I see to it that I drink no less than 2L of water everyday. I even set an alarm to remind me every hour.

I don't know exact consistency but i drum lot of water daily..i think its nearly 3-3.5 litters.
