Any suggestions for exercising?

Hey there! I hope you still good and feel positive in fighting against this crazy virus. Who still up for an exercise?
Ever since this lock down started I am trying to make myself improve, particularly in physical appearance so that I am doing some exercise like push ups, curl ups, squats etc. This would help me improve my anti bodies like my immune system.
But still I guess those exercises aren't enough. Any suggestions? I've been searching in YouTube for a while. But I would like to get some ideas here.

@JhovanPH okay! Try the following. You could use Youtube to check how it is done properly:
1. Front Squats
2. Push Press
3. Front rows
4. Chest flies.
Do this for three times a week. Hope this helps!

Increase the number of push-ups and try to walk on stairs

@Butterfingers yes. I guess I'll put some protein in my knees. Becuase that would be hard if I hit my knees on stairs

I basically do both. I use equipment while. I also use my body weight in exercising.. Pull ups is also I great thing since I mostly focused on my upper part of my body

You can try also the Freeletics app. Just try their free routines. They are going to give you a nice all-around workout. :D

I exercise at home and only walk now if I have to go out and do something and do a walking thing online. That is a good idea. Do you like walking because you can go online and find a walking program you can do. That is only a suggestion. If you like walking but cannot do it outside you can do it inside your own home online.
