Pineapple for a better immune system

Good day my mylot friends. This afternoon, since I have nothing to do inside in our house. I decided to visit my backyard with such a different kinds of plants, fruits and vegetables.
I decided to go and look for some fresh fruits to be eaten. Then I saw thiels very fresh yet totally ripe enough to be consume pineapple.
A sweet pineapple for a better health.
I guess many of you here loves pineapple. Don't you?

Fresh fruit is always good. Besides Vitamins A and C, it contains bromelian which has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. It is also a good source of dietary fibre, which helps with the digestion.
Vitamin C is useful to certain parts of the immune system but, unfortunately, our immune system is unfamiliar with the corona virus and, in this case, Vitamin C is not going to be of very much use.

okay let me. Just say about the immune part of our body. I agree with ou that our body is very unfamiliar with this virus but still. Keeping them strong will keep the virus from entering fastly.. At least our body can hold on for a long time

Is it costly their? Because here it is so cheap. Since we have lots of pineapple farm here
