It pays to be prepared...

...sometimes literally! I'm starting my morning off by (finally) chasing down credit for an offer I completed through InboxDollars back in January. This is actually the second time I've chased down credit for signing up to this site, because it didn't properly credit through InboxDollars, either. I sent in the support message yesterday, and woke up to an email asking me to provide a screenshot showing where I signed up through InboxDollars. It took me just a few minutes to find the file and attach it to my response. Now it's back to waiting, and hopefully they'll be as quick to approve it as InboxDollars was last month. If there's one valuable lesson I've learned from working with GPT sites over the years, it's to always keep track of the offers I've completed. Most of the time getting credit is as simple as providing a screenshot, but if you don't have it there's a good chance you'll be out of luck. Have you ever had to chase down credit for an offer before? Got a favorite site to complete offers through? My usual go-tos are either InboxDollars or Swagbucks; I didn't realize until recently that they're now both owned by Prodege!

Hope you get your credit quickly since you supplied the info they requested. I don't do any other online sites other than this so I'm not familiar with the way they work.

We'll see how it goes. I've already had a follow up email from them asking a few more questions about when I completed the offer. It's been about three months, so if it doesn't go through I'm inclined to think I might have just left it a bit too long. Such is life sometimes.

We went to two different optical companies trying to compare prices and found that they're owned by the same company. lol But we found a third one that had better prices.

It's kind of phenomenal just how many optical companies are apparently subsidiaries of the same parent company. You'd think stuff like that would go against the anti-monopoly stuff, but it's apparently okay for some reason.

@yukimori I think it happens a lot more than the ordinary citizen knows about. Some liquor stores are all affiliated to each other too.

It's been a super long time since I've been to those sites. Back then I know I've lost a bunch of credits but couldn't do anything to prove it (I didn't keep records or screen shots - too lazy as in most cases things were ok). Swagbucks used to be my go-to place. Good to see you here again, Yuki-san! Hope you and your family are staying safe and well out there!

@yukimori Right, "in" . Yep - we get to play online again. Although I have "prepper" mentality now so I'm still not here as much. Maybe I'll have to look into the "other" sites again but oh I'm so rusty. Thank you . . . we are ok - hanging in there like everyone else. You all hang in there too!!!

Eh, more like staying safe and well in here. I suppose it's not all bad, since it's brought me back here and gotten me to be more active on some of my other earning sites. Hope things are going as well as they can for you!

I have complained to Swagbucks a couple times and got credited for something. Right now I am trying to get Justfab shoes to let me back into their site. They have lots of my money and I want to get products for it and then quit!

InoboxDollars? I remember those as program where you can only bring new users and do nothing else.

Yeah, that sounds about right if you don't happen to live in one of the few countries they support. At least it was around 8-10 years ago. It's been a while since I looked into it. They're kind of slow even with offers available. I usually get paid by them about once every 15-18 months.

I have Bing, too. I keep forgetting about it... should really make that part of my routine again since it's so easy.
