Good afternoon.I was wondering with all the death that we had in this virus that they never mentioned age, gender, etc. Are all the death are elders?I suspect elders as most have some underlying medical condition. I find this sort of weird. But that is me. What do you think.? Photo from Rye beach NH last week.

I have seen many reports on the ages. And it varies. From newborns to 90. Of course those with underlying conditions are at a higher risk. But many ages are dying unfortunately. Here is a link and there are many others out there.

The elderly are always more vulnerable to any kind of disease. We aren't strong anymore as our bodies and immune systems have worn down with time. Elders are most fatalities in this. You be very very cautious Alfredo.

@amadeo Remember there is a 98% survival rate for this virus but you are high risk category so you have to be extra careful.

That's a nice picture. They rarely give the details out regarding the ages of the deaths as a result of the covid, they will give numbers of nursing homes who have had deaths, but little else.

Statistics of ages are available on the internet. It seems that 50-60 year olds are quite susceptible and that increases with age. More males than women are currently affected to do what they say. Stay home stay safe!

I find the modern way of reporting can be very dangerously misleading. It's not only the elderly or people with underlying health issues who are dying. But yes, they're the most vulnerable. I've seen many young, able-bodied and fit people succumbing to COVID-19. I just wish the media would give us the full picture in its entirety.
