I've recently started going gluten free and drop sodas from my diet. I've found some gluten free pasta that I like and experimenting with other vegetables. But there are days where I just want a PBJ sandwich. Any suggestions what to use for bread?? Since Jan 2020 I've dropped the bread. I have had only 3 sodas. I think I've made a good start. I eat smaller portions and I have noticed inches coming off my waist ???? I know there's more that I can do and implement more changes

Well done and way to go! This is the third year since I stopped fizzy drinks and sugar and cut right back on starch. The only thing I've struggled with is not eating regular bread, which I've now decided I'll just go ahead and eat. There's no good substitute for bread. If there is, I've yet to find it.
