We had absolutely no Shake ‘N Bake in the house for our pork chops. Yes, we do eat them occasionally and the freezer has enough for 4 more meals.
I Googled copycat recipes, but none seemed right. So I used ideas from three recipes, added my own touch, and created my own fake Shake ‘N Bake recipe.
The photo is mine and shows my husband’s portion. I served garlic and fresh rosemary roasted potatoes and roasted broccoli with honey and Parmesan cheese. I went a little crazy with the cheese, but everything was delicious!

Shake 'N Bake prok chops was a main staple in our household when I was growing up. Been a long while since I've had some. Your photo and description has me craving an old favorite now.

@DianneN Next time I go to the grocery store, I will pick up some Shake 'N Bake mix and some pork chops and bake me up some total deliciousness!

I had to check what Shake ‘N Bake is., flavored bread crumbs. I buy a big white bread at the bakery, I cut the crust, and slice, then dry in the oven to make my bread crumbs. I flavor according to what I need to coat. Your meal looks delicious, you make the potatoes exactly the same I do.

@DianneN You are an excellent cook! After this pandemic is over, your husband probably won't want to go out for dinner any more

It looks like a lovely meal. Do you find you like your home made "fake-n-bake" better than the store bought?

That looks quite well made. Well it is time you try out new things.
I am into studying some things which I miss normally.

@DianneN
The only constraint is on the days I go out to buy grocery like yesterday.
It takes a lot of time to buy, And then to sanitize, and take bath.

I've never used Shake N Bake (my mom may have, not sure). Our general mix is flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, sometimes paprika, then egg and panko (Japanese bread crumbs). Your meal here looks so yummy - and yah, Parmesan makes everything tasty. I've never had broccoli with honey - hey, I'm gonna try that !

Your dinner looks delicious. I haven't had pork chops in awhile and now I wish I had some on hand.
So, will you continue to make your own Shake N Bake or will you just wing it on your own next time?

@DianneN I haven't had Shake n Bake in ages but I do like Oven Fry for chicken which is similar to Shake n Bake.
