Health Journey 2020 - Day 99 | April 8th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I am back to share my food & health journey for the day. Weigh in: Yesterday - 182.8 Today: 181.2 Another drop down...hope that will continue. Blood sugars? Fasting - 135 Meal 1 - 92 "Meal 2" - - Snack - 89 What did I eat? Meal 1 - 1 and a half eggs 3 sausage patties Drank 1 zipfizz Worked out after this meal 1 hour of dancing. "Meal 2" - 5 lil smokies a little over 1 oz of steak 2 slices of deli turkey Worked out again for 30 minutes. Drank another zipfizz Snack - Sugar free pudding "mousse" with sugar free chocolate chips - this added the majority of the carbs to my day Macros? Calories - 1,199 Protein - 41 Fat - 99 Net Carbs - 24 Potassium - 2,347 Calories burned with my two workouts - 876 Steps for the day - 11,058 So I think I did pretty good today with calories burned and steps. Calories consumed were okay too....although my meals were not quite ideal. I just didn't want the eggs, or the steak or all the lil' smokies. I loved the dessert though. I have 4 servings total of that. How do you think I did? How did you do? Photo via Pixabay

Just having the energy to do it is what is hard since I am so out of shape...but I did another one today

@wolfgirl569 Yes that is true....it just is so hard to when I am sore from not working out, and out of shape lol
