As sad as it may be but I found this while doing some reading on the net. Could it be that there are more sinister powers at hand making sure that we are kept in check and that there's a certain amount of people living in the globe?

I read a similar article and yes I believe it happens around 100 years and many were saying that Even WHO is involved in this.

@myklj999 Maybe but I read somewhere that there is some involvement of WHO but maybe a rumor with no proofs
