Looking for some pantry meals

I'm well stocked up for awhile but I'm bored and wanted to see if there were some new recipes out there that I haven't tried that are made from things I normally have here. Pasta e ceci is one that I've made a couple of times before. It is small pasta and chickpeas, garlic, onion, and sometimes other things like tomato paste and/or rosemary. I make it like once a year. Today I found a new one: carrot and white bean burgers. It is on the Smitten Kitchen blog and is a different type of homemade veggie burger. I always have carrots and beans on hand. Bread crumbs? Check. Burger toppings? Yes. The only thing that would be iffy would be burger rolls or bread. I could always make homemade English muffins to use as buns though. So these veggie burgers are on my list of things to make in the next couple of months. . . and the search for some more pantry meals continues!
An unfussy veggie burger recipe from simple pantry ingredients from a new cookbook that feels, however accidentally, perfect for right now.

I love black bean burgers. I should make some. Because I know that the kids wont eat them.

I'm happy to give suggestions. What other kinds of things do you have on hand?

@NJChicaa Sweet potato black bean chili!
Make a double batch of this quick vegetarian chili, full of black beans and sweet potatoes, and eat it for lunch the next day or freeze the extras for another night. We love the smoky heat from the ground chipotle, but omit it if you prefer a mild chili. S

That recipe kind of sort of reminds me of my sunflower seed, grated carrot and zucchini burgers. You probably can use any bean that is in your cupboard for your recipe.

You have a nice stock of food in your pantry and freezer. I would eat the burgers.
