In these days , the first thing I have done every morning wake up is picking up my phone and reading the update News about Covid -19 in my country and other countries also . I feel sad and worried about the increasing rate of death from every where .

I understand what you are saying. That is a good idea to put masks on our pets. I would not put a mask on my cat because she does not go out but out on our porch so I do not have a mask for her.

I always think of the things that I am grateful for. I made sure that's that the first thing that I would think about in the morning. My talking alarm app would blare out the time and say "Start your day with gratitude!"

My first thought is what kind of day it is outside ... as I look out at how pretty it is I feel joy in my Heart ... then a shadow passes over me ... I then think of how our world is sick. I feel sadness. I make coffee ... while listening to the world news and when Skip, the Pups2 get up ... I make their breakfast.

@Otter2019 Yes, something hot before reading the news is more essential these days.
I had 4 cups of tea before lunch several days last week. That was too much, so I've found some rooibos tea. Too much caffeine isn't good either.

This evening news, things beginning to taper down for new patients and more recovering, so it's very good news. When I wake up, I hope today is the day pandemic ends and what to eat for breakfast.
