What's for dinner? April 10

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I am having American style (Tex-Mex) tacos in hard shells. I make the seasoning blend for the ground beef myself but I obviously don't make the shells. I top them with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar, and sour cream. I normally don't like fresh tomatoes but somehow they just work on Tex-Mex tacos for me. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I honestly don't know. Right now I am in the middle of baking a Victoria Sponge. It will probably be something frozen dredged out of the freezer.

@NJChicaa We have a french door fridge with the freezer as a drawer -- I love it, and it is very roomy. I still have no idea what is going to be for dinner.

I woke up this morning and said that I want to go to town and have a burger. Not doing that, so we are having burgers and home made buns and fries made from butternut squash.

I had leftover pizza. It had mushrooms, black olives, spinach, tomatoes and green pepper.
