Here's an interesting link. It's an article. At first I shared it on my Facebook timeline. But then I thought, if I'm curious to hear some intelligent conversation, maybe I should pop over to MyLot.
I don't agree with the article content but it's a thought.
We can all think about it.
Why look to Christians for the answer?
It's a question. We can all have questions about it.
But you know there are 2 sides to every coin. Especially the “coin of speculation”.
So I have a speculation.
We can all speculate about it.
Suppose Christians are under attack. I mean … the buildings where believers usually congregate are closed down and services and classes are being held online. Right?
Suppose Christian houses of worship were the intended target and uuhh … the perpetrator(s) who took aim … uuhh … THEY MISSED!!
They ended up hitting church buildings, synagogues, mosques, temples, casinos, hotels, bars and restaurants, parks, beaches, schools, nursing homes, etc.
Who knows?
I was watching an old movie last night and extracted this comment from one of characters. He was in jail for a crime he didn't commit. He told the newspaper reporter something like this:
That's the problem with being innocent. You don't really know what happened. So you can't answer the question and explain anything.
Can't argue with that logic.

It's Saturday and I'm babbling as usual.

You're wondering 'What if coronavirus were an attack against the Christian church, and the non-Christian community surrounding it were swept up in "collateral damage"'?
That's highly unlikely, as the sequence-of-events that BROUGHT coronavirus had very little to do with "church" (somebody picked up the virus from meat they bought in a Chinese wet-market, and it spread the way viruses do. Churches are just one of the many social groups that've had to limit their gatherings.)

I never had the thought that the virus was an attack on the Christians nor that it was some sort of "evil work" to take away my religious freedom.

Christian always proclaimed that " their kingdom is not of this world" then why ask them answers to things that are worldly? perhaps in due time the Lord taught Christians to be patient and to wait , didn't he?
