Creating a link from a changing graphic...

Allow me to explain. I have a graphic which is updated whenever someone views it. I am also trying to change it so when people click on it, it goes to a specific website and page. However, whenever I try using a graphical link, the graphic doesn't load. Example; The graphic will be on some site and is represented by; http://www.mysite.com/index.php?a=image&lid=30 The location I want it to go to is; http://www.mysite.com/?a=details&lid=30 Any ideas would be appreciated.
