What a Beautiful Easter Sunday!

Yes, it is in my neck of the woods. It is an Easter holiday with a lot of changes because we have to stay at home and we can´t meet up with our friends and family members.
Though we have many restrictions this Easter, I have to see the positive side of it. No use of being negative and complaining about what I can´t do now. I can´t control the situation but I can control how I will react to this situation.
I am still happy because my family is healthy and we try to keep that by staying at home. Today, I served the Italian Easter bread (with butter and cream cheese) that I have baked last night. I have made 7 pieces of them out of 1 recipe. My son couldn´t come but I have Easter eggs and those that I have baked as I know he will come to pick them up with the usual social distancing in front of our door.
Btw, Italian Easter bread is a traditional bread formed into wreath in Italy and some other European countries like Germany. This bread is made of yeast, flour, eggs, sugar and milk. You can add raisins if you want to.

@thelme55 Easter Monday was only celebrated when I was in parochial school. We had Good Friday to Easter Monday off of school. I never saw it celebrated anywhere else while I was growing up. It wasn't a recognized holiday except for the church.
