Daily Exercise Is So much Important during Quarantine

Exercise is one thing thing or habit which we should adopt and should start doing it regularly Daily because during this lockdown if we don't exercise we feel regretted later on and it'll show on your body.
We can choose anytime we want like Morning, Afternoon, Evening and now night as well as I heard from a fellow user that she likes to exercise at 1Am. Whatever the time we choose should work for us.
Are you regular with exercise? At what time you like to exercise?

Yes, exercising is very very important. In between, I had started to feel the bad effects of less activity.
So I increased the time I do my light aerobics a bit. I also walked up and down a lot of steps in the stairs and that seems to help.
Also, I am trying not to over eat.

There are a lot of people saying that we should do more exercise, especially those who are working from home and on the computer all day. Even if we only exercise for ten minutes, it's better than nothing.

You are right since we are cooped up inside we need to do exercise. I am doing my usual exercises. The only exercise I do not get right now is doing a lot of walking.

@Butterfingers Yes, I'm hypertensive and hiking was the advice of my doctor.I can resort to jogging if my body will able and I won't catching breath.

I do walking exercise everyday. I do it early in the morning.
