He may not remember it, but a couple of months ago John suggested that I do a countdown of “stand” songs.
Request fulfilled.
After a while he’ll probably wish he hadn’t suggested this to me, but remember: song selections are my fault, not the fault of the person who made the suggestion.
There’s a lot of great stand songs, so I’ll throw in a couple of bonus songs along the way.
As for the teaser, I decided to go with the hideous but hilarious Blues Brothers rendition over Tammy Wynette’s sterling original....just because.
