I didn't sleep much yesterday and haven't slept at all last night. Think my mind is just overthinking again. Not sure but having trouble sleeping again lately. Anyway I did a lot of MyLotting last night. Still more notifications to go but I'm happy with how much I've gone through. I managed to work out for about half an hour last night. I wanted to do more but wasn't much in the mood. Maybe later on tonight. I'm wanting to do more exercise and I've done well most nights. Hope everyone is well and having a great weekend! @VivaLaDani13 that's what we were told when we young teens lol, don't really know if it has scientific basis but I did notice having oily skin and pimples when I slept late from studying my lessons.

@louievill aw ok interesting! I've never heard that before or experienced it. And a huge majority of my life has been lack of sleep lol so I've never had that as a side effect before. Maybe it depends on the person and their skin type?

@just4him Thank you kindly. I did get some sleep and I feel so proud of myself as I got up early this morning and worked out for an hour. I ALMOST didn't do it but I did. I'm happy.

@VivaLaDani13 not really motivated. What I meant was that I had to exercise when I lacked sleep the night before so the following night I would have a good sleep because of the exercise. Tired body loves the bed.
