Even though it was Easter, and I didn't plan to work out....I did do a 25 minute workout. No, that is not very long....and probably didn't help much. But I thought why not.
I did this for 25 minutes and burned 251 calories (approx.).
I love Tae-Bo workouts. When I lost 75 pounds before, I did a lot of these workouts.
Have you ever done these? Did you work out on Sunday?
Sharing the link for anyone who wants to give it a try. This Tae-Bo workout is one of the easier ones I think. So if you are new to it, I'd say give this one a try.

I like doing TaeBO too. I also do zumba workouts on Youtube, Fitness Blender, yoga, ballet inspired workouts, and yoga/martial arts mix.

Tae Bo is a lot of fun! And sounds like you have a nice variety of work outs to choose from!

It's not that great when I still ate too many calories/carbs....but thank you. Tae-Bo is a challenging work out for sure...sorry you are unable to though.
Today I did a lot longer....hopefully the scale shows it lol

That is good to hear, and a good work out too. I did that occasionally in the past but it's not enjoyable to me....so I prefer this

Better than nothing, I suppose. Today I did almost 2 hours. In the future might split it up and do 2x a day though
