Life Gets Harder

When my whole world turned upside down in 2017 I kept hearing “it gets easier”. Now it’s coming on to three years and I don’t know what gets easier. I had a heavy Easter and also remembered the in Latvia we had two Easter days – Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
I just kept working but that didn’t work from making me feel out of sorts. I mean I am not complaining but I am saying nothing gets easier. For that, I am glad I have my online life and I have my writing to do. Otherwise, it would really be bad.
I can’t really complain about anything but I do have my daily worries. As always I keep hoping and praying and the Lord is with me but boy, when things begin to weigh on me they get real heavy. My little problems don’t amount to a hill of beans I know but darn –Where did the good times go?
First, the topple from the hill, the change of living, the loss of my cat Sid, now this crazy virus time, I really think we all need a break. I just look straight up and I say Lord keep holding on to me. Of course, I know my love keeps looking out for me too and you know what? I really swear it happened I saw the dark gray shadow of a cat so Sid is around to make sure that last screw doesn’t fall out.

@DianneN no a writing site I put a lot of work in supposedly legitimate they are online and have a website and I had an agreement but money is not coming and they have not been in touch.

I always try to put a positive side when I read about others having problems @JudyEv compared to some things and this craziness in the world mine really do not amount to a lot just sometimes I can't go whistling through the day.

Some things do get better eventually but there are others that don't and become a new normal and the most we can do is make the most of what we are given and ask for the strength to carry on.

I don't know that it gets easier as much as we learn new ways of dealing with it.
It's a heavy time right now. I believe there will be more good time, but we have to hang on a little longer.

I don't mind when people vent out here. I just don't like those who judge when they see people vent out their personal feelings.
Even I and the people around us, they are stressed by the effect of this virus on us.
Who would be happy if you lose your job? if your loved ones can get infected by it? No one gets happy being quarantined for months. So i understand you.
