Hello everyone, I joined mylot yesterday and write three discussion about COVID-19(Coronavirus Disease). To my surprise, different people from different places are responding and asking. I spent lots of time to feedback and answer. When I doing this, I realise that these useful information and experience in Wuhan, China can help many people in this lovely world. So I decide to write a seperate article making it easier for those people in need to find and raise their questions. I will keep updating to let all of you know the latest information.
My Chinese name is LUO Qing. Family name comes first in China. You also can call me Eric. I was born in Wuhan and spent all my life in this lovely place. I am a 39 years old power plant engineer. My wife and me have a wonderful son. Above is my background. I am not a professional in hospital and right now I have no clue for how I doing this. I will try my best. If my information can make you and your family or friends safer or even save someone's life, then it's worth it!!!
(2020/4/15) I add my QR code on. Because it includes my personal info, so I disorder the green zone. Amazing way to track which ZONE at what time you go in and out. Ensure infected people don't cause another undetected infection.
(2020/4/19) From today, people from Wuhan to Beijing by train, need to: (1)Participate in nucleic acid test. (2)A novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection and statistics system in Wuhan was recorded. (3)The municipal headquarters will submit the list of negative personnel to the provincial headquarters. (4)The provincial headquarters verified and submitted it to Beijing. (5)After the approval of Beijing. Only those returning to Beijing can buy tickets in the "Beijing heart help" applet.
Guidance:
A. Personal
1. Wash hands not only before meals and after toilet. If you touch anything could bring you virus, you should wash hands.
2. Change you habit on evening shower to back-in-house shower.
3. Use 75% alcohol and disinfectant to clean your rooms.
B. Social
1. The most important point on Social is say byebye to all kinds of unnecessary face-to-face social right now!!! Change it to on-line or forget it at all. You need keep alive before social.
2. If you must jump into the crowed, avoid shaking hands or face-touch-face type hello. I mean no offence to your regular tradition.
3. Strongly advice your family members to do it with you, especially living together ones.
C. Public
1. If anyone in your community got COVID19, you must stop jogging, only go out for food and necessary staff for basic living. Try one time out for a week food. Forget hair cut. Long hair doesnt kill you.
2. If you are a business owner, I suggest you stop face-to-face type business activity, or at least reduce it.
2. If you are a police or nurse that you must on duty for public, I strongly suggest you must use medical mask as least.
Questions & Answers:
1. @stapllotik asked: WET MARKETS HAS REOPENED IN CHINA? (2020/4/15)
My answer: People without medical mask in public is illegal activity in Wuhan. Fresh market(your "wet market") is still closed. The whole Wuhan city has divided to ZONEs, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, a block of road, every residence community etc. Everybody has a QR code in cellphone. QR code has three colors - green, yellow and red. If you go through the interface of two ZONEs, you need use your cellphone to scan a location QR code provided by gate-keepers or police officers or super market scurities etc. The system will record your routine. For example, I went to a supermarket yesterday 10:00-11:00AM, if somebody got coronavirus positive later and stayed in that supermarket at the same time with me, my QRcode will turn from green to yellow. I will be forbiden to leave the Zone where I stay at that time. I will be sent to hospital to check if I got infected or not. If infected, my QR will ture red. This chain reaction will influence the people who stay in the same ZONE with me after my stay with that guy.
Anyway, The whole isolation rule and system is running very effective. The whole isolation rule and system in Wuhan includes many many detail rules and tools. Ride on a bus or taxi, who can go to work, what a company need to do and aply before reopen, what kind of store can reopen, when schools reopen etc. (now all the school in Wuhan are still closed) The health commission of Hubei province will put situation daily report on website. The rules are dynamic based on the situation. For example, before Apr.8th, we just can stay in our apartment. All airports and trainstations were closed till Apr.8.

Seems very odd to me that you would want everyone to have your private information. I would wonder if your country would even want you to share that, but hey we are living in crazy times. To each their own.

@Comforter Oh interesting as usual no information is consistent. This, that, and the other. I don't know what laws or rules you have. There seems to be misconceptions at every turn in a conversation and I think it has been that way since the begining of time.

@Writingghost yeah, thats true. actually i just want people to believe me on my experience on survival in this critical time. i am not saying china is perfect. i am not a fan for politics. firstly let us stay alive. then we can have a chance to argue, right?

thanks for asking. i think this level of sharing is safe. i am not doing this at the very beginning. but when i stay longer and longer in mylot, i feel strange that sometimes i need to proof i am IN WUHAN or i am A WUHAN MAN, such as one chinese emotional girl respond someone to say that i am full of lies. so i feel it is better to share something. i wont argue with weak words but the truth. and i want to make a effort to make this world a better place!
one more thing, my country doesnt have limits on sharing private info and anticoronavirus expeirence.

Does it mean that there's no cure yet and you're still just doing the social distancing? Were having a hard time to even buy food from the market around here in the Philippines because of the lock down. Keep on sharing.

You are correct. Still no comfirmed cure. Just reprot told people this maybe effective , that may could useful bala bala. We are still keep social distancing but in a more positive way. Before we can not go out. Now we can go out to supermarket but keep 1~2 meter aaway from each other. Banks set some colourful points on the ground where the people line will be. tell people stand on colourful points. every point is 1.5m away from each other. people are sitting on bus and sub in a very keep-distance way.
If you are difficult to buy food, that's a big problem. On-line perchasing and deliver is the best way for you.If can't, you need keep in touch with government or local service department or directly to supermarket. on the other hand, dont wates food. more late you go out, more save you get. if you have a chance, buy as much as you can. you can not consider too expensive or too heavy to carry.
