So... why do you think a company is willing to pay $ to discuss things on myLot? Is it like market research? Is there advertising involved? Does this seem weird to anyone else?

Well, I think it's the Paypal and Ikobo's registration process or if not links or discussion. hehe Can't think of any. ^_^

I see. So by applying for a Paypal account, do you have to pay like fees or something?

The more people they have on the site, the more money they can make so why not pay people to be here.

yes, I figured the money was to draw people to the site. I've just never seen a site like this before. Thanks for the thought.

I was wondering too. Why do they pay us. And do you know how long since they are in business?

I don't know how long they've been in business. This is their answer to my question: Why does myLot reward its users financially? We believe users are the most valuable asset to the longevity of any website so why only provide them with a service, why not reward them financially?
