Are there ways to exercise a dog while inside the house and under lock down?

My area is covered by lock down or the home quarantine and we are not even allowed to walk my dog. Now I worry because I know dogs need to stretch as well like humans. He is a senior dog and a little walk will make his day.

Unfortunately, we can't take the dog outside. Yet she gets a lot of exercise when she tries to wrestle with me.

@Mamerto32 I guess they do. They are smart and intelligent. They know who to play around. He's behave when with me and with kids he is playful sometimes.

@chavezrmc actually our dog seems to sense who was in the senior years. She won't horseplay with my mom, but with me being the youngest, she is fond of ambushing me whenever I entered the living room.

Make him run around the house and you too run with him. That way both of you will get your share of exercise.

Take a long string with one of his toys attached to it and start walking around the house and see if he is willing to follow you @chavezrmc .

That sounds like a very difficult situation, much harder than we have.
