Toast with apricot jam

Here is a nice simple lunch or snack. It is toast with apricot jam. It is toasted just right so it is lightly browned but not too hard. This is Safeway signature brand oat and nut bread. The apricot jam is Bonne Maman apricot preserves from France.

I have an apricot tree in my garden. Every Christmas I give apricot jams to my family and friends. It is delicious.

Oooh I never had apricot jam before. That sounds so nice. I never really have jam or jelly on toast, I just don't think about it but it sounds good!
