How is your day going? Do you still know what day it is? Have you done something completely selfish for yourself? I did just that this morning. I bought a new swimsuit in my current size. At 80% off, I couldn't pass up the savings and it gives me something to look forward to when this lockdown is over.
Yesterday was an okay day with food and exercise. I hoped to get a walk, but the air was a little too cold with the wind bringing the wind chill to 32 F. So, I walked it out in the apartment.
Here are my numbers for food and exercise yesterday.

You must be very busy to get weary in this time of frustrating isolation.
I know they say to exercise two or three times a week. I exercise every day. I'm determined. I'll take a day off when I reach my goal. If I can be down another 20 pounds by my birthday, it would be awesome. I don't see that happening. I'll be happy with what I get. I can't wait to see the doctor's look on his face when he sees how much I've lost by August.

It is now. I've had a headache all morning and it finally went away. The temp is great and I'll be heading out the door for my walk as soon as I finish eating lunch.
