I was scared out of my mind, and started screaming, thinking it was angels, and that Jesus had come to take us home. This happened when I was 26 and moved from the Eastern states to up North. Here is a picture of it.

I actually have only seen the Aurora Borealis once in my lifetime and that was almost two summers ago. My other half and I went on a walk one night when he still lived in the old city that he used to live in. The temperature that night was perfect and the view we had of them was as well. We originally went out because I wanted to go to a playground and so did he. He thought of the one nearby his house in the city he used to live in. We spent a good forty five minutes on the playground just goofing around and having fun. This has to be one of our favorite memories hands down. I remember sitting there on that hill with him just in complete amazement at what was going on in the night sky. There were colors dancing all over the place and I couldn't just keep my eyes on one spot, they were hopping all over the night sky. I could not believe how vibrant and strong they were this one night. My other half told me these were probably the strongest ones he had ever seen himself. I can't begin to tell you how beautiful they were. I've never seen something move like that ever! These all stem from nothing but magnetic fields in the atmosphere and I'll say this much, thank god for them. When I saw the sky open up and about three bands of these Northern Lights were moving like snakes across the sky. I haven't seen them since but it's been really cloudy. They said it was supposed to be one strong evening back at the end of January but I didn't find out until now, when it's too late to do anything about them. I guess I'll just have to wait until they announce when the next batch of Northern Lights will light up the night sky. I've seen really colorful pictures of the Aurora Borealis as well. I also realize that the pictures I am looking at when I see all those colors are ones that are closer to the North Pole like in Alaska or Siberia. I would like to travel there one day so I could see these different colors and intensified Northern Lights. So, in conclusion, I have witnessed these Northern Lights before. I've only been able to see them once so far & ever since then I've been curious to see them again. They really amazed me with how they moved across the sky when I first saw them. Ever since that time I've wanted to see them again. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

Well, I was in the North Norway when I saw it, and.... Wow, what a sight.... I was really astonished at it. I thought: "Thank you Mother Earth, Mother Goddess, there is nothing more amazing than your spectacles.... Thank you very much"....

I have never seen the Northern Lights, but I think if I did I would cry. whenever I see a picture or video, I feel a bit choked up and emotional. strange question. do they have a sound? it's like a memory to me that they have a kind of silence about them that is really loud.

I see them every winter and it just shows that our Creator is a great artist, doesn´t it. I cannot remember my first impression - just that it is impossible not to stand still and just watch and admire the show. I hope you see a lot of activity on the 29th of January. There will be some extra show thanks to some special activity in the sun.
