Good Afternoon all
Yesterday my hubby buy huge Drumstick, so I decided to prepare poriyal using this.
This is very simple and very tasty recipe best combination with Rice.
For this first we boil drumsticks on adding required salt to it. In mean time prepare Peanuts powder.
After boiling then drain all excess water from it. Now taking one pan add oil, muted seeds, curry leaves then add boiled drumsticks and required peanut powder to it. Mix them well, after 5 minutes turn off flame. Now it ready to serve. My kids loved this fish a lot.
Can I know what you do using huge Drumsticks..

@Lavanya15 Are they not from the Moringa sticks? I didn´t know that you can eat those. I love Moringa leaves but I have not tried those drumsticks.

No it's one type of vegetables not chicken. One more thing is it not a long beans, it is different from it.
Our nature giving us different type of vegetables.. All are very different and having Unique taste.
I think you don't hear about it in before.

But my family don't like those taste with Drum stick so I add only peanut powder only..
