Good morning from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's a beautiful getting up morning. I slept in which is why I'm a little later this morning. Actually, I got 8 hours of sleep. That felt good. I got my Bible study done and had my banana, but not breakfast yet.
I didn't get out for a walk yesterday, but I did get all my steps in, just not over rocks and tree roots. My knees are much better today, so I plan to walk today. I already have close to 4000 steps by watching the weather this morning to know it's going to be a very nice day today, rivaling Saturday's temps with storms coming in later this afternoon. It will also rival the winds we had on Saturday. What doesn't rival Saturday is the food I ate yesterday. My numbers are lower in every category except for protein.

I`m doing good with food and exercise depends on the weather and work, if I am working I wont get much in but I am doing labor.
